IMPLEMENTATION - Tom Greenbaum is one of the country's leading experts in the use of focus group research. Our philosophy is that quality focus groups require extensive planning in order to ensure that the correct participants are recruited, and the most appropriate topics are covered.
Groups generally last about 90 minutes, with client personnel observing the sessions from behind a one-way mirror. During the sessions, Tom normally will come to the back room to communicate with clients to ensure that all topics are being covered effectively.
